Will there be a lot of mess?

We all know you can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs, and taking windows out to restore them can be messy.  However, previous clients have commented on how tidy we are; we protect the area we are working in and clean up after ourselves, so you don't have to.

If there is more than one room being worked on, we will tell you in advance which one it will be.  This will give you a chance to move anything breakable beforehand.  We will be happy to help move any large items of furniture out of the way of the window before we begin work.

How far do you travel for a project?

We work all over the Peak Park, Sheffield, Nottinghamshire and Derby.  We have been known to travel to Scotland for an interesting project in the past!  If you are unsure whether or not your property is covered in our area, don't hesitate to contact us to discuss this further.

I have old, rippled glass in my house.  I am worried any new glass will look odd next to the other windows I have.  How can you avoid this?

If you have rippled glass on your existing windows, we can supply antique glass in windows which are being re-glazed to match.  This can be discussed further with Iain when he meets with you at your property.

If you take my windows out, will they be left secure?

Your windows are only taken out when there is a replacement ready to put in and will always be left secure overnight if a project runs into more than one day.
